It has all been well thought out and is ready for you to do your kitchen magic! There is even an under counter ice maker and a wine fridge! There is a great selection of board games. There is a picnic table downstairs along with a ping pong table and a bag toss game! With 4 master bedroom ensuites with King beds, A queen bunk room with 4 Queen, a bunk room with 4 Twin beds, this house is ready for your group and all you need to bring is your clothes! The sleeping areas are all comfy and inviting with updated decor. Each bedroom has a tv and a private bath. 4 King master bedrooms 1 Bunk room with 4 Queen beds 1 Bunk room with 4 Twin Beds Additional information: There are both types of coffee pots available. Events are allowed WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Prom groups are allowed, max 20 guests, 3 of the guests must be parents staying on the property. There will be an additional, non-refundable event fee of $1000, this will need to be added after booking. Please contact us for approval before booking. Must be 25 yrs. old to book. There is parking available in the driveway for up to 7 vehicles. We do not supply beach chairs or umbrellas. We will have beach towels available.
